Other than any shipping special, Shipping will be determined based upon the weight and size of the unit and will be displayed after entering your account information which is used to calculate your shipping based upon your zip code.
Alternately you may receive an estimate of shipping costs by using the anonymous e-mail account and password as follows by clicking log yourself in and entering the e-mail address as sales@buyfitnessonline.com and entering the password as check. Delivery and costs are curb side and do not include lift gate, inside delivery and other special services. If you utilize any of these special delivery services you will be charged for them. Lift gates are an additional $85.00. Do not accept or sign for any shipment that looks damaged in anyway as this may void your claim to any freight damages that may have incurred and in no way obligates us to any compensation for the damage.

RETURNS

You may return most new items sold by BUY FITNESS ONLINE.com within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus actual shipping costs and any merchant fees. Used items are non-returnable. You must contact us in writing via email stating why you wish to return the item. Items must be returned complete as shipped in the original box and packing materials and must accompany an RMA number that may be given to you via email. If item is received by us after 7 days we may reject item or accept item and refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the afforementioned. Do not accept or sign for any shipment that looks damaged in anyway as this may void your claim to any freight damages that may have incurred. There will be a $25 charge for any credit card dispute.
