This 194 lb. weight stack is in 10 lb. increments as an upgrade to cable pulley machines such as the PowerTec Functional Trainer FT, Lat Machine LM or Lat Tower Option LTO. In combination with the standard weight horns, total weight resistance can be increased up to 500 lbs.

You can now add a 194lbs. Weight Stack to your Powertec Lat Tower Option (LTO), Lat Machine (LM) or Functional Trainer (FT) or Half Rack (HR). It is a very easy process - you just replace the supports that the weight carriage currently sits on with weight stack. The selection shaft just bolts to the weight carriage.

This is what makes the Powertec design so clever. Since it utilizes the original weight carriage with the Olympic weight horns, you can still use Olympic weights. So your 190 lbs. weight stack can go up to whatever the capacity the machine is!

The weight stack goes up in 10 lbs. increments. It is numbered from 20 to 200 pounds - the weight carriage weighs 10 pounds. So in reality, with the weight carriage, you have 200 lbs. in total.

The weight stacks are for 2011 and after models.
