For a CSA Alpine Tracker---same idea, but more adjustable, and the foot holds move on the track, rather than the entire track moving. I have never fallen, never even lost my balance.
With the CSA, I can either do the whole cross country ski gig, or just do the leg part, while resting my arms on the belly pad.
It also comes with the calorie counter, pulse monitor, distance counter, etc.
In my opinion, its a much nicer machine, and much safer. Also a bit cheaper than the NordicTrack skiers.
