Our 34in deluxe pro style lat bar with forged swivel has specially designed tapered handles for better grip and feel. This lat bar exercises the muscles of the back, shoulders and arms through a perpendicular range of motion, perfectly angled to give a deeper stretch for better development.

Precision engineered forged steel revolving swivels provide smooth fluid & continuous rotation to minimize pulley maintenance & extend cable life.
