For over 20 years the Body-Solid 7' Olympic Bar has been a standard in homes and gyms around the world.

The 7' Olympic Barbell is a strength training standard in every fitness gym. The Body-Solid OB86B barbell is engineered for both strength and cross training workouts. Perfect for garages, basements, and home studios. Use with a weight bench, t-bar attachment, landmine, or power rack for full effectiveness. The OB86B is performance tested with a smooth black finish, 15.75” sleeve length, 51.5" space between collars, and 30mm grip diameter. Sleeve diameter is 2" for Olympic style weight plates. Center knurling allows for squats and front row positions while single-tabbed knurling on the sides make clean and jerks and other Olympic movements as easy as ever. Body-Solid also offers the OB86 in chrome finish, and OB72 and OB60 for short bars.

The 86 inch 44 lb., Official Regulation Olympic bar is the most popular international bar on the market. This is the bar that you see at professional gyms and Cross Fit Clubs and on the weight benches and squat stands.

It is precision engineered for balance and long lasting performance.

This Body Solid bar is designed with medium depth, diamond knurled surface for a comfortable non slip hand grip. Place your Olympic weight plates on the two inch diameter sleeves. The rotation of the sleeves prohibits the Olympic bar from warping, and reduces pressure on the wrists. This bar is perfect for a home and its black finish will make everybody want to work out.
