The Troy Barbell VTX Multi-Grip Bar is designed with two pair of angled and one pair of straight neutral grip 28 mm. diameter handles. The angled grips reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders during close, medium or wide grip pressing movements. The multi-grip barbell is useful for overhead presses, bent over rows, hammer curls, stiff leg dead-lifts, bench presses and much more.

The Multi-Grip Olympic bar is long enough at 83 inches to be compatible with most power racks and can even be racked at the top for chin-ups, or the bottom for push-ups. Solid and fully welded, it features knurled handle grips, uniquely centered spacers for hand placement and a quality bright zinc finish that will not scratch or flake. FEATURES:
