We take pride in shipping your order promptly. Most orders ship out the next business day. Locations within the contiguous states may expect to receive within 7-15 business days. We do not ship International orders except for small light weight packages that weigh less than 0.4kg (13oz) International orders typically take 16 to 24 business days. Customs, Duty and VAR Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult the manufacturer for any updated pictures of the item as our site may contain a picture that is outdated.

FREE SHIPPING
Items that state FREE SHIPPING will be delivered curb side in the Dallas Fort Worth Area within a 10 mile radius of our store. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remove from the end of the truck so it is best to be prepared with strong persons and have dolleys as necessary. Lift Gates are at the expense of the purchaser and would be an additonal $85 charge if used. Inside delivery is available for an extra fee of $95.
RETURNS
You may return most new items sold by BUY FITNESS ONLINE.com within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus actual shipping costs, handling fee and any merchant discount fees. Demo, Electrical Items, Floor Model and Used items are non-returnable. You must contact us in writing via email stating reason for return the item. Items must be returned prepaid with tracking and complete as shipped in the original box and packing materials and must accompany an RMA number written on the outside of the box that may be given to you via email. If item is received by us after 10 days, we may reject item or accept item and refund subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the aforementioned. Return item to HOME FITNESS 4900 Preston Rd., Ste 103A, Frisco, TX 75034. Do not accept or sign for any shipment that looks damaged in any way as this may void your claim to any freight damages that may have incurred. There will be a $25 charge for any credit card dispute.
